Your duties as HR Manager will be :
- Ensure good human resources management at work and the well-being of employees.
- Ensure compliance with Belgian employment legislation.
- Manage staff contracts and administration.
- To monitor the management of budgets for staff and temporary workers.
- To occupy a key position within the company as a strategic player in human resources.
- Monitoring payroll: checking and calculating salaries, allowances, bonuses, etc.
- Implementing recruitment actions to attract and select the right talent.
- Developing and updating the company's performance indicators.
- Organise training to improve staff skills and performance.
- Organise the election of staff representatives in accordance with legislation.
- Advising members of staff on their HR concerns and professional development.
- Support the company's decisions by providing solid, reasoned HR arguments.
